- Avocado oil
- Corn Starch
- Beef Boullion Powder

How to make slow cooked pot roast with gravy

Step 1 – Gather your ingredients

Step 2 – Salt and Pepper your pot roast on both sides while the cooking vessel or pan is heating up with some avocado oil

Step 3 – Slice your onions while the meat is browning

Step 4 – Brown the top round steaks about 4 minutes per side

Step 5 – Mix 3 T cornstarch, 1 T beef boullion powder, 1/4 t salt, and 1/4 t pepper with a little bit of cold water in a 2 cup measuring cup and mix with a frother until there are no clumps

Step 6 – Fill a 2 cup measuring cup up to the 2 cu mark with warm water

Step 7 – Remove the top round steaks and saute the onions. Add a little water and scrape the bottom of the pan to loosen the bits on the bottom of the pan

Step 8 – Return the meat to the pan, and pour the gravy mixture over the top along with the onion soup packet

Step 9 – Set the slow cooker to 4 hours on high

Step 10 – All done! Serve pot roast onto plates. Spoon gray over pot roast and potato.
