1. Download the Libra app for Android
2. Enter your email address
3. Enter your personal information (height, weight, birthdate) and preferences for the measurement units for your height, weight, energy.
4. Hop on your scale and weigh yourself
5. Open the app and press the "plus" icon
6. Slide the ruler along the scale to select your weight
7. Press insert
8. You can now view your data point on the main screen
How to Set a Weight Loss Goal:
1. Press the Gear Icon
2. Select Diet Plan
3. Select Start date and slide scale to your current weight
4. Select Goal and slide scale to your weight goal
5. This information will now populate on your main screen with your data points
How to Delete an Erroneous Entry:
1. Go into the triple line icon on the bottom bar
2. Find the erroneous data point
3. Click the data point
4. Select edit or delete

You can not track measurements but it does give space to track your body fat and muscle mass. I do recommend measuring your waist (at the smallest point) and hip (at the largest part) weekly and jotting them down somewhere to track any body recomposition progress.
Can you share your data with friends?
Libra allows you to connect with friends so you can see each other’s data in real-time. To do this go into the gear icon at the bottom bar, click Libra cloud, and click invite a person.
